Jaguar Range Rover and Land Rover vehicles have been recalled following reports of rupturing brake hoses, which could pose a crash risk to drivers due to longer distances required for stopping. Owners of Land Rover vehicle who have experienced problems may be entitled to compensation.
The vehicles pose a safety hazard because they may require greater than normal distances to stop when the brakes are applied due to insufficient amounts of braking fluid running through the hose, and in some incidents deplete braking ability completely. See www.aboutlawsuits.com/jaguar-recalls-77916/
Incidents of rupturing brake hoses have been reported since 2010, when an investigation occurred following reports of brake fluid leaks and consumers claiming more force was required to apply the brakes. In 2010, Jaguar initiated a Critical Concerns Review after it recognized a small number of brake fluid leaks from the brake flex hose and to further test the components.
According to Jaguar, the brake hoses that experienced the bulge condition were pressure tested and exceeded the pressure specified requirements. Jaguar also issued a Jaguar XK recall affecting more than 4,700 vehicles from the 2012 through 2015 model years, due to extinguishing front side lights.
According to the auto maker, when the side lights are switched on with the ignition off, the front lights should remain illuminated until the battery is exhausted rather than extinguishing after 5 minutes. Jaguar plans to notify owners and begin repairing the issue free of charge on March 13, 2015.- See more at: http://www.aboutlawsuits.com/jaguar-recalls-77916/#sthash.27ait8ro.dpuf

Blue Tooth and Navigation Problems Claims
Owners of Volvo and other vehicles have experience Blue-Tooth and Navigation problems. Our office is handling claims for compensation and evaluating a class action.
Here are some typical complaints,
"I bought out my lease a little over a year ago, since then I have a new iPod, Samsung Note 3 mobile phone, neither work because of some Bluetooth issue. Volvo blames on cell phone companies for updating our operating systems on these devices, instead of updating the firmware so those of us who paid a lot of money for this make of vehicle aren't hassled with our technology lost to operating in this lack of caring about consumers in the states. Europe has none of these issues and updating navigation is free to them also, but it will cost Americans 300$ to update North American map, so now my navigation drives me way off the beaten path.
Latest trouble is fuel being lost as if there is a leak, which there is not, and my lock on passenger door fell through when I went to lock it. I called Volvo, they said bring it to the dealer... Never letting on, they had many many complaints by others on the technology no longer compatible or the fuel mileage suddenly becoming a major problem especially considering the cost of petrol. I will take it in to my dealer but I've already spoken to Verizon and know the issue with my phone and iPod are on Volvo's end. So there will be no joy until Volvo treats American Buyers like European ones. www.consumeraffairs.com

Ford 3.5 V6 Eco Boost Engine Problem
A class action was filed regarding the Ford 3.5 Eco-boost engine. here are excerpts from the opinion.
I. BACKGROUND
This case centers on Defendant Ford Motor Company's 3.5-liter V6 "EcoBoost" engine, a twin-turbocharged gasoline internal combustion engine utilizing direct-injection and variable valve timing ("the Engine").. These vehicles are the 2010-2013 Lincoln MKS, 2010-2013 Lincoln MKT, 2010-2013 Ford Flex, 2010-2013 Ford Taurus SHO, 2011-2013 Ford F-150, and 2013 Ford Explorer Sport (the "Class Vehicles").
Plaintiffs allege that Ford promoted its EcoBoost technology as providing increased fuel efficiency without sacrificing performance, and advertised EcoBoost engines as functioning reliably in extreme conditions. (Id., ¶¶ 2-3, 118-33). According to Plaintiffs, however, "[a]ctual driver experiences have been dramatically different," with "[h]undreds" of drivers reporting that vehicles equipped with the [4] engine are "prone to shuddering, shaking, stumbling, misfiring, rapidly losing power, or improperly going into 'limp mode,'" particularly in situations involving heavy rain or humidity. (Doc. 35 at 26-27; Am. Compl., ¶¶ 4-5, 134, 139-40).
Investigations to date, Plaintiffs explain, have indicated that the issue likely arises from moisture entering the Engine via condensation that forms inside the tubes of the "Charge Air Cooler" or "intercooler," a radiator-like component which cools intake air after it has been compressed (and heated) by the turbochargers, before it enters the combustion chambers. (Am. Compl., ¶ 5). Ford has issued four "Technical Service Bulletins" ("TSBs") to its dealerships and internal departments mentioning this problem, designated TSB 12-6-4, TSB 12-10-19, TSB 13-3-3, and TSB 13-8-1. (Id., ¶¶ 6, 141-48). These TSBs were issued on June 4, 2012, October 30, 2012, March 18, 2013, and August 5, 2013, respectively. (Id., ¶¶ 141-45). According to one internal update, Ford is still "investigating [the problem's] cause and solution." (Id., ¶¶ 7, 146). Furthermore, Plaintiffs allege that Ford had knowledge of the potential problem in the Engine, as evidenced by TSBs 11-8-19, [5] 11-5-3, and 10-17-10, regarding Ecoboost engines "running rough, hesitating, and shuddering," which were issued in 2010 and 2011 and predate the introduction of the

Mercury Mariner Hybrid defect coolant pumps class action
A class action was filed involving 2005-2008 Ford Escape Hybrid, or 2006-2008 Mercury Mariner Hybrid vehicles. Plaintiffs allege that the Class Vehicles, equipped with the Motor Electronic Cooling System ("MECS"), contain defective coolant pumps, and that Defendant, Ford Motor Company, knew of the defect and failed to inform consumers. Plaintiffs further allege that the defect caused abrupt loss of power, often at highway speeds, and accordingly presented a safety risk to drivers.

Fuel Spit Back some claims permitted
This lawsuit concerns the "fuel spit-back problem," a design flaw which causes fuel to spill out of the filler tube during refueling. (See Class Action Second Amended Complaint, dated Aug. 21, 2012 ("SAC"), at ¶ 2 (ECF Doc. # 1, Part 52).)
In addition, New Chrysler issued Chrysler TSB No. 14-001-12, on January 20, 2012 (the "January 2012 TSB"), which was slightly more detailed but essentially extended the same lifetime warranty to the owners of 2006-2008 Durangos and 2007-2008 Aspens.4 That same month, New Chrysler sent a letter to the owners of certain Dodge [6] Durango vehicles advising them that because of the "fuel spit back problems," their vehicles would now have a lifetime warranty for certain fuel system parts. In the event a problem developed, a Chrysler dealership would repair their vehicle. (SAC ¶ 15.)5
The Court permitted some claims excluding others.

SUMMARY: If the transmission shift cable detaches, the
transmission gear selection may not match the indicated gear and the vehicle
may move in an unintended or unexpected direction, increasing the risk of a
