Chrysler TIPM CLAIMS

A class action is pending alleging Chrysler vehicles have a defective Totally Integrated Power Module, or TIPM.  Problems associated with this include problems starting the vehicle and stalling. The complaint  that TIPM problems can prevent the fuel pump from shutting off properly, cause headlights and taillights to shut off, and can cause random and uncontrollable activity of the horn, windshield wipers, alarm system, door locks, and airbags.  Owners who experience problem may be entitled to compensation for repair costs, loss of use, or diminished value.
