Volvo V50 Turbo Problems and Loss of Power, Engine Performance Problems

V50 2.0D Turbo problems - DTC P2263 A number of Volvo owners have complained about problems with the 2005 V50 turbo.    "My 2005 V50 2.0D has recently developed a significant loss of power, and the ELM scanner has returned a P2263 "turbo/supercharger boost system performance" code which is pending - the MIL (engine management light) is not illuminated. I have had a look through the related VADIS pages, and performed the vacuum regulator test (to check the variable nozzle turbines) on the turbo, which was satisfactory.
